Returns

  • Any brand new product can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with original tags.
  • Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted. 
  • Please include the original invoice with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We are sorry that we do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit which never expires & can be used for anything.

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.

For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

For DHL Express Worldwide, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS Once your order is shipped.

You will be notified by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.


When will you ship my order?

Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 48 working hours. 

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

Do I need to pay taxes, customs & duties?

All orders are shipped in Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) : As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Do you pay for return shipping cost?

Returns are made at your own charges. We supports re-shipment costs.

When will be return be process?

Once we have received your parcel, we will do our absolute best to process this as soon as possible. 

How can I change my order?

How can I check my order status?

Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on "Track Order". In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
