We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 48 hours. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 9 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.
For shipping outside the United States, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

For DHL Express Worldwide, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS Once your order is shipped.
You will be notified by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED?
All orders are shipped in Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) : As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by IFLTN.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to invalid shipping address or delivery failure will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee AND any taxes, customs and duties charged which will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE APPLIED?
When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is performed by our partner Flow Commerce, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out.
We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
